Dramatically intergrown water-clear facet-like Herkimer quartz "diamonds" form an amazingly sculptural and aesthetic cluster from famed Middleville. The striking 5.8 cm center is doubly terminated crystal and one prism face has an impressive deep skeletal feature. The attached smaller crystals and included laminar shale fragments give this remarkable 360-degree character. Complete all-around and essentially pristine, with only a few, barely noticeable small trivial bruises and contacts. This stunner has multiple fine display views. Valued at $1500-1750. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON! The extreme luster and glassiness made photography difficult.
