Item Description

A beautiful display specimen of the contemporary classic pieces from the Lily Mine. This particular piece features arguably the two most popular combinations from this mine. A few WATER-CLEAR, sharp, lustrous, completely colorless, "sword"-shaped crystals of Gypsum are included with intense electric emerald green, lustrous, prismatic Atacamite crystals AND gorgeous blue botroids of Chrysocolla are included inside sparkling drusy Quartz. There are also some spherioids of rich green Malachite on the piece as well as many crystals of deep green Atacamite (possibly Paratacamite?) that are not included within the Gypsum crystals. The largest Gypsum measures 1.6 cm long and is in good shape for the most part. You don't see many of these on the market anymore, and they are striking in person, especially when you have the combination of all the well known species from this locality. Valued at $1800 in the inventory.
