Description:Water-clear, gem, amber, barite crystals are festooned on matrix on this showy and excellent specimen from the famous finds in the early 1990s at the Meikle Mine of Nevada. The crystal glassiness and gemmy lustre are top-flight. A few crystals are preferentially coated with a druse of mico calcite rhombs. Just a bit of bruising is noted. Certainly not detracting, for such crystal density. Valued at $350 as this pocket had the best gemminess and lustre! Ex Harold Urish Collection # 879. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!
