Description:Aeschynite-(Y) is an uncommon yttrium-rich titanium-niobium oxide. This is an EXTREMELY RARE and large, well-formed crystal from this obscure granite pegmatite dike. Aeschynite-(Y) is very rare in any form from this locale. The lustrous brown crystal has sharp sides and top, with the glassy ends being contacted. Try to find another! Ex Josef Vajdak Collection.
