Description:Mineral specimens of ANY species are extremely rare from this obscure Pennsylvania locale. Intergrown, flattened, glassy, water-clear to translucent, doubly terminated quartz crystals form a very showy and aesthetic specimen. The two sharp, limpid terminations are striking. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only the most trivial of edge and termination wear to the gem terminations. Just a bit of bruising and contacting is noted on the multiple lower terminations, but is certainly not detraction. A very RARE and uncommon quartz varietal from this locale from the Richard Hauck Quartz Collection. A must for the locality or species collector.
