Item Description
Large, sharp, floater limonite pseudomorphs after pyrite are quite rare from this well-known and extinct Maine locale. Color ranges from burnished-brown to yellow-brown on this fine piece. Pristine, except for one gently bruised corner. Probably old material, but no proof. Ex Robert Whitmore Collection.
