Description:Sharp, brassy, tabular to blocky crystals of pyrrhotite are perched beautifully on the undulated matrix of lustrous, jet-black sphalerite crystals strikingly accented with clustered bursts of small milky quartz crystals. This famed mine at Dal'negorsk has produced some the world's finest combination sulfide specimens and this is a striking, aesthetic and excellent large plate. You don't see many around anymore of the quality, except from advanced recycled collections. Pristine. Ex Robert Whitmore Collection. Valued at $1000-1250 and well worth it. MUCH, MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!!
