  • Size Description:CABINET

Description:A very elegant and classic CABINET cluster of glassy calcite crystals from the Elmwood Mine. The striking, large crystal with the gem-clear termination is 6.5 cm and is doubly terminated and twinned. The overall color is a pretty light amber, but one end of the doubly terminated crystal at the other end has the glowing, highly desirable golden-amber color. A multitude of tiny barite blades are embedded on the contact on the back, with virtually no damage. The display views are very nearly pristine, with only infinitesimal termination wear to a couple of the crystals. This older, very fine specimen is from the Consie Prince Collection. Fairly valued at $700-900.
