Description:A stunning, large single ball of lustous, sparkly olmiite from the 2008 find. This hemisphere is one of the gemmiest and most attractive specimens we have offered at auction. Even under normal light, the olmiite begins to glow with its deep peach (almost cinnamon) color. The juicy crystals glow burnt-orange under bright light and really glow when backlit. The crystal orientation is noteworthy and adds to the beauty. Complete all-around, the bit of periphery wear is only a modest detraction. Fine material from this find.
