Description:A stunning, bi-colored, red gem tourmaline from a NEW January, 2011 find at the famous Cruzeiro Mine! The limpid body is a pleasing cranberry-red, like famous Jonas Mine tourmalines and the pinacoidal termination is cranberry-pink, with a white albite coating. The body also has inclusions of lighter pink tourmaline. Complete all-around and nearly pristine. The bruised termination edge is mostly out of sight on the backside. The crystal is so gemmy and it really glows, when backlit. Red tourmalines have always been very highly desirable and here is your chance to get a real beauty from a brand-new find. 27 grams. This was ONE pocket.
