Description:This is definitely the finest example of the pistachio-green wavellite varietal, that we have offered at auction from the recent 2010 find. The waxy lustre botryoids, to 8 mm, are richly and strikingly isolated on two sides of the novaculite matrix. Very seldom were discrete botryoids recovered from this find and this is an outstanding example. Valued at $700-900.
