Description:Lustrous, translucent, pretty light apple-green, pod-like aggregates of anapaite crystals aesthetically and richly line the interior of a fragment of a fossilzed mollusc shell on this showy miniature from the Ukraine. This locality is now mined through and specimens are hard to obtain. Anapaite, a phosphate, is found in lacustrine (lake) sediments.
