Description:Intergrown, fat, glassy, translucent, cyclically-twinned, cerussite crystals form a showy and excellent old-time specimen from the famous and now-closed Tsumeb Mine. Periphery wear is noted along the crest and one side of the display view and the back is contacted, but has limited bruising, overall. This remains a highly representative, displayable example of crystallized solid lead carbonate ore from this noted locale. Ex John Ydren Collection. Hefty at 498 grams.
