Description:An excellent and very showy two-sided combination specimen richly and aesthetically covered with lustrous atacamite crystal pinwheels and two colors of drusy chrysocolla. The scintillating, gemmy, dark emerald-green radiating blades nicely compliment the two-toned, turquoise-blue and green, chrysocolla on this very showy piece from the Type Locality region - the La Farola Mine in the Atacama Region of Chile. A bit of periphery wear is noted, but is certainly a modest detraction. This is an very fine example of this copper chloride species in combination with chrysocolla and well-known locale.
