Description:A stunning, large, topaz crystal of classic Pakistani geometry, in large size. The champagne-colored, gemmy and lustrous crystal has an impressive, broad, modified chisel termination. The internal crazing gives the crystal striking optical effects. One end of the termination is lightly dinged and the opposite lower side is contacted, both trivial concerns in context I think. Irregardless, this is a huge, impressive, complete all-around Pakistan topaz with good color and is a major representation of the species and locale. Ex Maury Morgenstein Collection, an old-time San Diego miner. Hefty at 557 grams or over 1.2 pounds! Valued $1500-2000
