Description:An excellent and surprising combination specimen from the famous Minerva No. 1 Mine. Book-like aggregates of glassy, lustrous, light gray to tan, tabular, barite blades make up one very showy side. Turn it over and you see an essentially pristine, 2.4 cm, pretty purple, fluorite cube embedded in the barite. The attachment contacts are off to the side of the fluorite on the barite. The topside of barite blades is nearly pristine, with only a trivial bit of edgewear. Classic combination material from this noted locale and the Mullane Collection.
