Description:A classic Colorado combination specimen from the famous Eagle Mine at Gilman. Mirror-bright, striated, brass-yellow, pyrite crystals are richly scattered on both sides of the starkly contrasting, vuggy, sculptural matrix of splendent, black, iron-rich sphalerite variety marmatite. The pyrite crystals reach 8 mm. This fine older combination piece looks great from either side. Ex Mullane Collection.
