Description:A large, highly lustrous, midnight-blue to royal-blue, flattened, azurite crystal from the famous and now-closed Tsumeb Mine. One side of this showy and excellent, two-sided crystal has striking stepped-growth faces. Minimal contacting hardly detracts from this impressive large azurite crystal which has an unusual tapered, plane-like habit. Classic material, valued $1000.
