Description:Botryoidal fluorites are rare from anywhere, so there was a huge hubbub when these sensational purple ones were found in China a couple of years ago. There were not very many, and they were and still are rather pricey. This is a large, thick one with a nifty knob at the top. The lower, right hand side is contacted, but actually has very modest edgewear. When you put good light on or behind these they just GLOW a gorgeous purple!
