Description:Native silver and digenite are rare species from the famous and now-closed Tsumeb Mine. To find a silver on digenite specimen is very rare, indeed! Two sides of the distinctly, blue iridescent, digenite fragment richly host bright silver lathes and microcrystallized silver. Ex Howard Belsky Collection. The note on the back of his lable states that he purchased this piece at the 1985 Munich Show from mineral dealer Okavango. Howard started as a mineral dealer at age 13 in 1972, became a sophisticated dealer and died tragically at age 28 in 1987. His collection recently became available to us through his family.
