Description:A really neat and classic, 21 piece, collection of sharply formed feldspar crystals from worldwide localites. Feldspar types include: microcline; orthoclase; oligoclase; labradorite; anorthite; albite; and sanidine. Crystal types include: simple; Carlsbad twinned; Manebach twinned; and Baveno twinned. Localities include: New Hampshire; Leadville and West Maroon Pass, Colorado; Italy; the orthoclase pseudo after cerussite from Cornwall (old); Japan; Idaho; Massachusetts; British Columbia, Canada; Nevada; Madagascar; and Norway. The collection comes in an LARGE CABINET, antique-looking, glass top box. Very rarely available in this quality and diversity! Ex Robert Whitmore Collection. Obviously, a labor of love and deep interest. There will be an extra charge for shipping.
