Description:A stunning, old-time galena specimen from the famous Mid-Continent Mine of the Tri-State District. This splendent, complete all-around and pristine, highly modified, galena cube has amazing "fortification" features on all sides. The coup de grace of this crystal is the incredible depression on the termination filled with sparkly, iridescent, marcasite blades! The photographs only capture a small portion of the uniqueness of this exceptional specimen. Ex George Feist Collection # 200, an early piece in his collection.
