Description:A vivid, colorful and rich CABINET specimen covered with knobby clusters of scintillating, gemmy and lustrous, rose-red, rhodochrosite rhombs from the finds 1 year ago at the Manuelita Mine of Peru. The color and dense coverage of small rhombs is striking and uncommon. Scattered quartz crystals are a nice accent. The matrix is massive sulfides. A trivial bit of contact bruising is noted, but is certainly only a modest detraction. Valued at $750-950.
