Description:A spectacular, LARGE CABINET, wulfenite specimen with a dense, wulfenite-lined TUNNEL from recent finds at the famous Mina Ojuela. Lustrous, butterscotch-colored, bi-pyramidal wulfenite crystals are festooned both sides of the vuggy, sculptural, robust, gossan matrix. Many wulfies are doubly terminated, including the largest, at 2.0 cm. The mouth of the tunnel on the backside is accented with olive-green, botryoidal, mimetite. You need a light to see the myriad of wulfenites lining the tunnel. There are very few broken crystals for such dense coverage. This is an exceptional large piece from this find. 6 pounds or 2.7 kilos. Valued at $3000.
