Description:A classic, old-time, amazonite and smoky quartz specimen from Colorado. Sharp, lustrous, powder-blue, amazonite crystals are aesthetically complimented by two, gemmy and lustrous, rich smoky quartz crystals. The smaller, 2.5 cm, crystal is doubly terminated, pristine and transparent. The large smoky is also complete all-around and pristine, with the very lightly contacted termination having no damage, per se. Periphery wear is noted, but in the overall context of the specimen, is a minimal detraction. A highly representative Colorado old-timer. Ex Richard Hauck Quartz Collection.
