Description:A beautiful, gemmy and lustrous, bright cherry-red, parallel-growth, rhodochrosite scalenohedron from the famous late-1970s/ early 80s finds at the N'Chwaning II Mine. The termination is cleaved, but this remains an excellent, highly representative example of the species and locale. The color, lustre and gemminess are first class.
