Description:Lustrous, opposing fan-like clusters of yellow-green blades exquisitely perched on a shard of matrix make for a significant and very aesthetic thumbnail specimen of this classic! Complete all-around and pristine, it is an outstanding specimen in every way. These specimens were mined in the early 1980s i am told. This is the classic Brazilian mineral and locality for a radioactive. A beautiful treasure lurking in the flats of the Consie Prince Collection. As a bonus it is highly fluorescent: SUPERB dayglow, yellow-green fluorescence, as you would expect.
