Item Description
Prehnite has always been a popular gem among collectors because of its lovely green color. Recently the new Prehnite discovery in Mali has produced some great cabbing and carving material. This material has a very unique and attractive "soft" almost "velvety" appearance. This gem is good sized for the Prehnite, and is fairly gemmy compared to most of these stones. It has an "Oval Cabochon" cut with the typical internal "silk". Considering this is relatively new material, it's a great gem to fill a spot in your collection.
