Item Description
Chrysoprase is a nickel-bearing variety of Chalcedony, and the best pieces in the world come from Australia. This is a very attractive, blue-green, translucent, "Freeform Cabochon" cut gem with excellent consistency of color. You can see a bit of attached host rock, which gives the piece some character. The very best of this material is highly prized by collectors, and this gem is very good quality for Chrysoprase, as they are rarely this gemmy.
