Rich yellow, tiny, spherical aggegates of tapered, acicular mimetite crystals richly cover gossan matrix on this RARE, rich and colorful mimetite from a recent 2017 find at this well-known Laurium locale. This is a very rich and excellent example from the new find. Specimens have been X-rayed to confirm the species.
