Item Description

A surreal, extremely flattened, two-sided compound quartz crystal specimen from this well-known Brazilian locale. The stunning limpid crystals have superlative glassy luster and fabulous stepped-growth faces. The large crystal is doubly terminated and pristine. The broad crystals have striking razor-sharp chisel terminations. A broken corner on the bottom is noted, but this remains a fantastic and rarely sculptural quartz from Corinto. Choice material from the Paul Zerfass Collection # 1173.
