Item Description

An impressive, sculptural and very rich large combination ore specimen from the famous Casapalca Mine and the Paul Zerfass Collection # 426. Super sharp, metallic gray tetragonal tetrahedrite crystals, to 1.5 cm, with splendent luster are very richly scattered with lustrous jet-black, twinned sphalerite crystals and complimentary contrasting sprays of quartz points. The hole adds pizzazz. The bit of noted bruising is certainly only a modest detraction to this very rich, aesthetic and 3-dimensional ore specmen. Classic Casapalca combination material.
