Dramatic sprays of cream-colored quartz pseudomorphs after wafer-thin anhydrite blades are artistically set on the basalt matrix plate covered with contrasting green celadonite and lavender amethyst-infused chalcedony on this impressive and sculptural pseudo from an obscure mine at well-known Ametista do Sul. Two sides display beautifully, with the broken pseudos on the back being out-of-sight on the frontal view and mostly out-of-sight on the side view. A very fine pseudomorph from here.
