Item Description

Luscious, translucent, rich apple-green compound pyromorphite prisms, to about 1.0 cm, cover the 3-dimensional, sulptural matrix crust on this very fine and rich specimen from the early 2000s finds at the famous Daoping Mine. Apple-green prisms, such as these, are among the most highly desired varietals. The piece has a striking 360-degree visual aspect. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only few barely noticeable bruising crystals, which is certainly only a very modest detraction. A fine color and quality varietal with impressive architecture from this noted locale. Valued at $1500-2000 today.
