An attractive small cabinet display specimen of Azurite on Malachite from the prolific Liufengshan mine. It features wonderful, sparkling, deep blue Azurite "balls" which are sitting atop beautiful green color Malachite botryoids. The back of the specimen features very sharp and lustrous midnight blue Azurites, which are a completely different form / habit from the Azurites on the front. The color contrast is just beautiful and truly resembles classic material from Bisbee, Arizona. These specimens are certainly among the most celebrated contemporary Azurite specimens out there.
