Item Description

From a find in the late Fall of 2005 in Pakistan. A great thumbnail sized specimen from the most famous Tourmaline locality in Pakistan. These crystals are well known for their multicolor crystals and beautiful aesthetics. The crystals on this piece features a few colors ranging from a RARE yellow color on the pyramidal termination which graded into a very thin soft green band, and then transitions into a very dark green hue througout most of the crystal is a slight brownish-green band on the other end, which finishes with a lovely blue-green hue on the basal termination. The piece is lustrous for this material, and showy, but the most important aspect in my mind is that the piece is completely doubly-terminated "floater". This is a great little display piece and a wonderful pegmatite specimen from a classic locality. These piece are becomingly increasingly difficult to find in today's market.
