Fluorite on Sphalerite

The Elmwood Mine only produce a handful of minerals species, but some of them are still incredibly iconic worldwide. The classic purple Fluorites are beloved by collectors This miniature sized specimen hosts sharp, lustrous, gemmy, purple cubic crystals of Fluorite measuring up to 6 mm on edge sitting upon crystallized reddish-brown Sphalerite. A beautiful classic example of an Elmwood Fluorite on matrix. No damage, with the exception of the periphery where it detached from the pocket wall.
