Item Description

Absolutely splendent, brilliant, razor-sharp, mirror-like, silver-metallic luster on these gorgeous Cuprite crystals from a find several years ago at this now famous locale. The crystals are hard to isolate, so it's difficult to measure individuals, but it really doesn't matter because when you view them up close, they are stunning. The combination of the shimmering surface and the intense red color that can be seen when the crystals are backlit is fantastic. These are amazing Cuprites for luster, gemminess, morphology and color. The piece looks very different up close as opposed to a cursory viewing of the surface. If you collect secondary copper minerals or specimens from Mexico, don't miss out on this really eye-catching and high quality Cuprite.
