Item Description

A nice "Alpine Type" specimen consisting of sharp, lustrous, GEM/gemmy, rich green colored prismatic Diopside crystals on massive Diopside matrix from Tormiq. This piece was mined about 15 years ago. I personally have not seen many of them on the market in quite some time. A good little specimen from one of the premier "cleft" localities in Pakistan. Largest Diopside crystal measures 1.1 cm long, and the piece is in fairly good shape overall, despite some broken crystals.
