Item Description

A cool old specimen from Jedova Hora (Giftberg / Giftburg), featuring a sharp, soft grey-blue color Barite crystal measuring 1.7 cm associated with semi-radial Calcite groups and silvery Galena and reddish brown Sphalerite on matrix. This is the only piece of this material that we've had to offer, and comes with a classic label from Josef Vajdak / Pequa Rare Minerals, which immediately increases the value. The label refers to the piece as "very rare from this uncommon locality - Collected in the early 1900's".
