Prehnite is well known from around Erongo, and they are some of the finest examples of the species out there. This piece is an attractive small cabinet display specimen featuring translucent "water" green colored aggregates of "clamshell"-shaped Prehnite groups associated with minor Quartz crystals on host rock matrix. The piece is in good shape on the display side with only a few imperfections, and looks beautiful with backlighting and in sunlight.
