Fluorite on Quartz

From a pocket found in 2007. This is a wonderful Fluorite featuring a handful of sharp, lustrous, GEMMY, green cuboctahedral crystals Fluorite with purple color zoning sitting on white scalenohedral Calcite crystal matrix. The largest Fluorite measures 2.2 cm across. Very good condition overall, and somewhat difficult to photograph. It's showy and three-dimensional, and it looks better in person. A great small cabinet / large miniature display specimen of these now classic Chinese Fluorites. Despite the amount of Chinese specimens on the market, it's amazing how many GOOD pieces there are! This piece is valued at $750 in the inventory.
