Hedenbergite

Item Description

While Hedenbergite is a well-known Pyroxene species, this is the FIRST specimen I've seen from the prolific locality at Langban! This piece comes with a hand-written label from the Museum Regionale Reginaehradecense. It's more of a refernece piece as it banded layered of massive dark green Hedenbergite among pinkish white Calcite (?) layers. A cool piece to add to a Langban suite.
