Scorodite (rare)

Item Description

From the find in 2008 in China, this piece is loaded a 1.1 cm Scorodite crystal sitting on smaller Scorodites with a very dark (nearly black) steel blue color. No matrix, but a nice overall group. The crystals have good luster and size for the locality and the species in general. Upon close inspection, one can see that the main Scorodite is well crystallized. A little bit of roughness at the base, but still a nice representation of the material. This find in the Hezhou area is the only significant find of Scorodite to hit the market in a long time.
