Smoky Quartz (scepter) (ex Rolando Gioia Collection)

Here we have a very attractive, sharp, lustrous, well-formed, gemmy, light smoky colored Quartz crystal which has formed a beautiful scepter habit. Such great form on a piece this size is not common from this area, and it's essentially complete all the way around, but it's contacted near the base where it detached from the pocket wall. These are rare from Brazil with this specific shape and such fine crystallization and gemminess.
