Item Description

A beautiful, gemmy, bright green color trigonal Uvite Tourmaline specimen from the famous locality at Mogok, Burma. This group, though small, is very well-formed with smooth, lustrous faces and excellent form. The luster along with the color make it a lovely little gem crystal specimen. I have heard conflicting reports that the intense color is caused by either Chromium or Vanadium, but it's undeniably strong considering the size. It's a TRUE green as well, not a dirty green or a brownish-green.
