Polished Rhodochrosite stalactite slices

Item Description

A classic, colorful and aesthetic pair of polished rhodochrosite slices from a stalactite from the famous late 1980s finds at the Capillitas Mine. The striking banding of the colorful, variable pretty rose-red of the stalactites is eyecatching and noteworthy. One face is polished on each slice. These would make excellent lapidary material.
