Item Description

Dramatically intergrown colorless gem fluorite cuboctahedrons with beautiful light apple-green interiors have water-clear to lightly frosted faces and form a striking, excellent and pristine 360-degree small cabinet from the famous mines at Naica. The tiny calcites along one edge and the chalcopyrites and bit of sphalerite on the back add charcter. Every turn presents a different perpective to this M.C. Escher print-like piece! Fantastic geometry. Purple fluorescence. Valued at $500-750 and from Benny Fenn, a well-known Mexican mineral dealer.
