Item Description

Rich sky-blue with pretty purple highlights densely stepped-growth fluorite cubes form a colorful and striking large specimen from the famous Yaogangxian Mine. The very glassy, highly lustrous modified cubes, to 2.9 cm, are mostly transparent. The quartz points on either side are a nice accent. Essentially pristine. A contact near the center, where another crystal once lay is noted, but has no damage, per se. The piece back lights nicely. Rich purple fluorescence. Ex Raul Sanabria Collection. Class bi-colored Yaogangxian fluorite.
