Item Description

Rich sky-blue with pretty purple highlights densely stepped-growth fluorite cubes form a colorful and striking large specimen from the famous Yaogangxian Mine. The very glassy, highly lustrous modified cubes, to 2.9 cm, are mostly transparent. The quartz points on either side are a nice accent. Essentially pristine. A contact near the center, where another crystal once lay is noted, but has no damage, per se. The piece back lights nicely. Rich purple fluorescence. Ex Raul Sanabria Collection.
