Item Description

A striking "eye" of banded malachite stares at you on this slabbed and polished stalactite from the famous copper mines of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Excellent and dense lapidiary material. Four or five more 4 mm slabs could be obtained. Probably older material. 134 grams mass.
